World Health Day competition

Lancashire Care Library and Information Service, April 2017

Depression is a major challenge to health in the WHO European Region and is the focus of World Health Day 2017. The theme “Depression: let’s talk” recognizes that depression is a treatable condition and seeks to address the fact that, despite this, about 50% of cases of major depression still go untreated. To promote talking about depression the Library is running a competition for LCFT staff and students to identify well-known celebrities and sports stars who have been open about their own mental health.  Entry forms are available in the library or via email (academic.library@lancashirecare.nhs.uk).

All entry forms must be returned to the Library by Tuesday 18th April when a winner will be drawn from the correct entries.
