The health and care professions (public health specialists and miscellaneous amendments) order 2015: a consultation

Non-medical or dental public health specialists are going to be subject to statutory regulation by the Health and Care Professions Council instead of registering on the voluntary list currently held by the UK Public Health Register. The draft order contains the details of how this regulation will work in practice.  This consultation closes on 17 October 2014.
